The terms that govern use of this website and our donation platform.
1. Acceptance
By using jirarpar.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Donations
All donations to Jamia Darul Uloom Jirar Par Inc. are final and non-refundable, except in cases of error or fraud. We will review refund requests made within 30 days on a case-by-case basis. Tax receipts are issued electronically within 7 business days.
3. Designated funds
We honor donor designations to the fullest extent possible. If a designated fund is fully funded or no longer active, we will apply your gift to the most closely aligned program and notify you.
4. Recurring gifts
Monthly donations continue until you cancel. You may cancel anytime by contacting donate@jirarpar.org or through a link in any email receipt.
5. Intellectual property
All content, photographs, and branding on this site are the property of Jamia Darul Uloom Jirar Par Inc. or used with permission. You may not reproduce for commercial purposes without written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount of any donation made in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Jamia Darul Uloom Jirar Par Inc. is registered at 1289 Sycamore St, Buffalo, NY 14211; EIN 45-5574020.
