An amanah kept — for the children of Lohajuri.

Jamia Darul-Uloom Jirar Par was founded in 2006 in the remote village of Lohajuri, Katiadi, Kishoreganj, Bangladesh — established by Mohammed Aslam to fulfill the final will of his father.

How we began

A father's final will, an orphanage born.

In villages like Jirar Par, orphaned and underprivileged children are especially vulnerable — with limited access to clean water, stable education, and consistent care. The institute was founded by Mohammed Aslam, inspired by the final will of his father, who entrusted him with a simple but powerful responsibility: to establish an orphanage that would care for the children of his hometown.

What began as a personal amanah has grown into a sustained effort to provide stability, knowledge, and dignity to children who would otherwise be left behind. Today, Jamia Darul-Uloom Jirar Par serves as both an orphanage and madrasah, offering free Islamic education and essential care to orphaned and needy children.

Alongside boarding students, the institute also supports local orphans from single-parent households, ensuring they receive the same educational support and care even if they do not reside on campus. Despite limited resources and difficult rural conditions, the mission remains unchanged: to protect, educate, and uplift children with sincerity and trust in Allah ﷺ.

Our values

Three promises we make to every child.

01

Dignity, first.

Every child is welcomed as a member of our family — not as a case. Clean clothes, a bed of their own, and a name that everyone knows.

02

Faith as foundation.

Daily prayer, Quran, and Islamic ethics shape the rhythm of life. Our graduates are confident Muslims and capable citizens.

03

Transparent stewardship.

Audited finances, 100% donation policy, and quarterly updates to every sponsor. Your trust is sacred to us.
